Siv Støldal (b. 1973) is a designer and artist from Tyssøy in Bergen. Støldal works at the intersection between art and fashion, with concept-driven clothes for everyday use. Through wardrobe studies and in-depth interviews, she explores dress codes and the relationship people have with clothes. Close stories emerge, and through the personal the universal is also revealed. She has a master's in Menswear Fashion Design from Central Saint Martins in London, as well as a journeyman's certificate in men's tailoring. Her work is presented in several books and represented in the collections of the National Museum (NAM) in Oslo, and Nordenfjeldske Kunstindustrimuseum in Trondheim.
She is co-founder of Kiosken Studio and Bioregion Institute.
